Mag One Products Inc. a B.C. registered Canadian company which was co-founded in 2015 by Mr. Nelson Skalbania and Dr. James Blencoe.

In May 2015, Mag One Products Inc. became a publicly-traded company on the Canadian Stock Exchange. The company’s trading symbol on the CSE is “MDD”. The Company also trades on the Frankfurt Boerse with the symbol “304, Equity” and in the USA on the OTCQB with the ticker “MGPRF”.

Mag One Products Inc. owns 100% of its operating subsidiary, Mag One Operations Inc., a private company, incorporated in BC and QC with its head office in Montreal, Quebec

In April 2015 Mag One Operations acquired 100% of MagOne Operations Inc. (USA), a US private company which owns North American Magnesium Products LLC. (NAMP), a Tennessee LLC created by Dr. James Blencoe, to house the proprietary technologies, patents, etc.

In August 2016, Mag One Operations joint-ventured with MagBoard LLC, an American company, to create Magboard Products Inc. to develop and commercialize the MgO-based ROK-ON™ Wallboard and Structural Insulated Sheathing (SIS) in Eastern Canada and the US.  In late 2016, Mag One Operations acquired 100% of MagPower Systems, a Vancouver-based fuel cell development and technology company.
